PW, PWF horizontal sewage pump is a single stage, single suction, cantilever centrifugal sewage pump. The pump inlet is axially horizontal and the pump outlet can be installed horizontally or vertically as required. Mainly by the pump cover, pump shell, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bracket and other components. The shaft seal is in the form of a novel double-ended mechanical seal construction. The pump and the motor are mounted on a common chassis and are driven directly by the motor through a flexible coupling. The pump has high efficiency, energy saving significantly, smooth operation, reliable performance, easy maintenance and so on.

PW type horizontal sewage pump structure Description:

PW type horizontal sewage pump start, stop and run:

1. start

• Check whether the bearing tank has been refueled, the oil level is normal oil level line.
• Check that the direction of rotation of the motor is the same as the direction of rotation of the pump.
• Close the outlet valve and pressure gauge cocks, while the upper part of the pump screw hole, to the pump suction pipe irrigation.
• Start the motor and open the pressure gauge cock.
• to be the normal speed of the pump to work, the pressure gauge shows the corresponding pressure, open the vacuum table cocks and gradually open the drain line on the valve to the needs of so far.stop

2. Stop

• Slowly close the outlet pipe valve, and then cut off the power.
• In case of frozen season, after the shutdown, open the lower part of the pump body of the four plugs, venting water, so as not to crack.
• If the long term do not, then the parts should be opened to wipe, and in the sliding surface coated with anti-rust oil, proper preservation.

3. Running

• During the operation of the pump, we must pay attention to observe the instrument, bearing heat, filler leakage and pump vibration, noise, etc. are normal, such as abnormalities should be promptly treated.
• bearing the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75 ℃.
• bearing oil should be maintained in the normal oil level line, not too high or too low, too low should be timely refueling.
• seal ring and impeller with the gap, greater than the following specified value should be replaced when the new seal ring.

When the diameter of the suction nozzle is less than or equal to 100mm, the total clearance in the diameter direction is ≥1.5mm

When the diameter of the suction port is> 100mm, the total diameter of the diameter is ≥2mm

PW type horizontal sewage pump assembly and disassembly:

First check the other parts, the existence of the impact of assembly defects, and then scrub clean before assembly.

2. the seal ring, shaft seal box, oil and oil hole cover, felt store were loaded into the pump cover, bearing body, bearing box, bearing cover.
