Submersible pump product overview

 

QJ well submersible pump is a complete set of tools for extracting groundwater from deep well, widely used in farmland irrigation, industrial and mining enterprises for water supply and drainage, plateau, mountain livestock water. QJR well with hot water submersible pumps, using special materials and structures for the extraction of underground hot water. In addition, the company according to user needs to produce seawater, mines and other special occasions with submersible pumps. The submersible pump host consists of QJ submersible pump and YQS submersible pump. Submerged underwater work, with a compact structure, small size, light weight, installation, use, easy maintenance, safe and reliable transportation, energy conservation and other advantages.

 

Submersible pump conditions of use

Characteristics of submersible pump

 

QJ submersible pump consists of the multi-stage centrifugal impeller in series. The pump stage is connected by a flat rib or bolts, each of which is supported by a rubber (or copper) bearing, with no check valve at the top of the pump. YQS submersible motor is a closed water-filled three-phase asynchronous motor, the winding is made of the water-resistant continuous sealing structure. Both the bearing and the thrust bearing are water lubricated bearings. The upper part of the motor is equipped with the sand control mechanism to prevent the sediment from entering the motor internal control.

Submersible pump structure description

  1. QJ well submersible pump unit consists of: water pump, submersible motor (including cable), water pipes and control switch composed of four parts.

Submersible pump use
